Wrestling
Control the takedown.

Wrestling is the art of the takedown and control. Train it as a standalone discipline or as a core part of our MMA program — essential for any well-rounded martial artist.
The art of the takedown
Wrestling is one of the oldest combat sports, built almost entirely around takedowns, control and positioning rather than strikes or submissions. It teaches balance, explosiveness and the kind of control that underpins grappling in both BJJ and MMA — which is part of why it's trained both as a standalone sport and as a core building block of the MMA program.
Inside a class
Classes warm up the body, then work through stance, motion and level changes before drilling specific takedowns and their defences with a partner at your level. Live wrestling — going for takedowns against real resistance — is built up gradually once the fundamentals are solid, always at a pace matched to your experience rather than thrown in before you're ready for it.
Who it's for
No wrestling background is needed — most members are picking it up for the first time, whether to round out their MMA or BJJ game, add another tool to their striking, or simply for the conditioning and skill in its own right. Training starts from the same fundamentals regardless of where you're headed with it, and there's no expectation you'll have wrestled before.
