Do I need any experience to start?+
None at all. Most members start as complete beginners — our 6-week beginner courses in Muay Thai, MMA and No-Gi BJJ are built exactly for that, with step-by-step coaching from day one.
What disciplines can I train?+
Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Wrestling, Boxing and self-defence — all under one roof, for kids, teens and adults, at every level.
Is it suitable for kids?+
Yes. We run age-specific kids' and teens' classes in BJJ and Muay Thai, focused on confidence, discipline, focus and coordination in a fun, safe environment. Message us for current age groups and times.
How do I get started?+
Reserve a spot on the next beginner course or enquire about a trial through our form, or call/DM us. We'll confirm your start date and answer any questions.
What should I bring to my first class?+
Comfortable workout clothes and water. We'll guide you on any gear you need as you progress — there's no need to buy anything to get started.
